In this state, what was frozen can start moving again. Tensions find their way out, without needing to be understood or fought.

What happens during a session

You're comfortably installed, eyes closed or open depending on what suits you. With my voice, I guide you toward a state of inner availability.

There, we allow what needs to be welcomed to emerge. There is no need for analysis, just complete attention to what presents itself.

The body responds, tensions gradually unravel, breathing calms, something settles, and well-being returns.

What a session is not
