Hypnosis Luxembourg FAQ

Frequently asked questions about hypnosis support

Before booking a session

What makes your approach different?

Each session starts with what you bring in the moment. There's no predetermined protocol or mechanically applied technique. I adapt to what presents itself to support you in the moment. To learn more about my practice, visit this page.

Do I need to "believe" in hypnosis for it work?

No. You simply need to be open to the experience. Hypnosis is neither magic nor suggestion: it's a natural state your body already knows.

Can you get stuck in a hypnotic state?

No. Hypnosis is a natural state. You can come out of it at any time, just like waking from a daydream.

Can anyone benefit from this approach?

Indeed, except in cases of severe psychotic disorders. The support adapts to your pace and sensitivity—including if you think you're "resistant."

How long is a session?

Expect about one hour to an hour and a half. The first session may take a bit longer to take time to get to know each other.

Do you offer remote sessions?

Yes, ideally from the second session. Video conference sessions work just as well as in-person. All you need is a peaceful location free from disturbances and a reliable internet connection.

How many sessions are needed?

There's no standard number. Some people feel a change from the first session; others need several. We progress at your pace.

What happens after the session?

Some feel immediate relief; others notice gradual changes. We stay in touch and arrange the next session if you feel the need.

Is confidentiality guaranteed?

Yes, absolutely. What happens during a session stays between us.

How can I book a session?

By phone or email via the contact page. I'll respond within 24 hours.
